Our 3 and 4 lane Ice Lolly form, fill and seal packaging machines have been designed & manufactured since 1986. They have been sold to many different countries to returning customers because of their high packing speeds and reliability. They are built to be able to work 24 hours a day. The machines are fully mechanical with individual gravity-fed tanks to pack different flavours simultaneously. The machine utilises pre-printed LDPE packing film, and packing volume is adjustable. The length of packaging is adjustable, to a maximum length of 280mm.

2.1 Our 3 lane Ice Lolly Machine is suitable for 63 or 70 bag width, with max output speed of 180 packs per minute.

2.2 Our 4 lane Ice Lolly Machine is suitable for 35 or 49 bag width, with max output speed of 240 packs per minute.

• A consumable spares start up kit.

• A mix and feed tank stand with 3 or 4 feeder tanks of 250 litre capacity and 1 blending tank of 250 litre capacity with mixing motor and stainless steel pump to fill feeder tanks.

• Inclined exit conveyor with rotary table.

• Any additional consumable spares required.
