We have four models available for our belt-driven form, fill and seal machines: these are 250, 300, 320 and 460. Each is designed with slight differences to efficiently package various product weights and bag widths.

Our 250 machine can pack up to 1.5 kilograms and a bag width of 220.

Our 300 machine can pack up to 2.5 kilograms and a bag width of 270.

Our 320 machine can pack up to 5 kilograms and a bag width of 290.

Our 460 machine can pack up to 10 kilograms and a bag width of 420.​

Please note that the pack weight capacity depends on the product density.

2.1 Our belt-driven form, fill and seal machine with volumetric filler packages free-flowing products such as snack food, rice, beans, sugar, salt, maize, peanuts, bird seed, dog pellets, and more.

2.2 Our belt-driven form, fill and seal machine with auger filler dosing head packages powder products such as spices, coffee, milk powder, cake mix, coffee creamer, and more.

2.3 Our belt-driven form, fill and seal machine used with a multi-head weigher can be used for an accurate high speed weighing operation of snacks, chips, chicken portions, dried fruit, and more.

• 1 complete bag former assembly.

• A volumetric or auger filler with 90 litre hopper.

• A 3 cup volumetric dispensing system with flaps or skid plate (not used for auger fillers).

• A consumable spares start up kit.

• Our belt-driven machine is operated by means of a user friendly PLC (Program Logic Controller) which allows you to easily program machine timing settings, and monitor and report on machine functions such as:

• Pack length

• Average rate of bags / min

• State of safety function, jaw obstruction, low product level and doors open.

• Reel run out

• Low air pressure

• Self-centralising drive belts.

• Centri-lock reel holder to ensure plastic roll is in the centre.

• Rigid linear type sealing mechanism with state of the art sealing temperature controller, for optimum high speed sealing of LDPE and LLDPE packaging materials.

• Hand wheel adjustment for quick setting of vertical seal bar.

• Reel holders with quick packing film reel replacement and tracking adjustment.

• Safety guarding and emergency stop button.
